Version 7.6 Platform Release: Virtual Event Producers Empowered by 6Connex

Pleasanton, CA—April 2, 2015—6Connex, Inc., the leader in virtual destination solutions, today released version 7.6 of the Virtual Destination platform, with new features that provide even more flexibility and power to connect with attendees in both live and on-demand virtual events and environments.

The new features enable highly targeted interactions via broadcast messaging within an environment, as well as email notifications outside an environment. Specific features include:

    • Advance scheduling of broadcast messages, with real-time access to both scheduled and sent messages
    • Targeting of broadcast messages by room and by entitlement group, ensuring exposure to a specific location or a specific group of attendees, respectively
    • Targeting of email messages by entitlement group, allowing for further interaction with a specific group of registrants

In addition, there are significant enhancements for those managing a booth within a live event program.  Booth representatives will now have the ability to send broadcast messages within their own booth, ensuring they can capture attention of booth visitors, and they will have immediate access to a chat history for all booth communications.
