Immersive Release Notes - March 2025

Message Center Improvements:

• Changed new message notification text to improve user experience.
• Changed default Chat setting when creating Chat to improve user experience.
• Improved chats list to be responsive and adjust to the width of the overall width of Message Center window.

Bug fixes:

• Resolved an issue with incorrect notification message when mentions are disabled in Message Center to improve user experience.
• Resolved an issue with all transcript download within Chat.
• Resolved an issue with sound notifications not being played if Message Center hasn't been previously opened.
• Resolved an issue with Message Center not being displayed when viewed from Notification Settings in Control Panel.
• Resolved an issue with left Message Center menu not updating when being open from Now Attending or Rep Dashboard.
• Resolved an issue with some messages being lost in Transcript files.
• Resolved an issue with Message Center window appearing broken in some use cases.
• Resolved an issue with Moderated Chat not being properly opened from Click Action.
• Resolved an issue with Open Email Inbox and Open Survey actions not working properly within Broadcast Messages.
• Resolved an issue with Meeting Scheduling being opened instead of MyAgenda in Broadcast Message.
