Eventory saves me time, which is the most important thing for me. I focus on the check-in part, but I know Eventory has many other functionalities, for example, a mobile app for the attendees. The attendees have the QR codes in the app, and when they approach the registration desk, it's enough to show the staff the QR code, and we can check in with them. It's incredibly convenient when we have some foreign guests, and it's challenging to search for their names from hearing.
Even before the start of the conference, you can see who signed up for what lecture or other activity. Participants have the opportunity to evaluate each lecture without additional survey preparation. QR codes allow you to prepare various types of competitions, which supports the involvement of participants in contact with sponsors.
From the attendee's point of view, having all the information about the event and other attendees as well as speakers in one place is super helpful. And the fact that this is not an event-specific app, but I can use one tool for most of the events I want to attend, despite the category, is awesome.
The platform has a nice design and is very flexible for customers to use and adapt. The entire team, from sales over onboarding to project management and, later, customer success management, is very professional, has speedy answers, and is fully up to speed with our events.
