Immersive Release Notes - April 2024

Attendee VEP:

• Added an improvement that will allow CP user to select an option to open webinar windows in new tabs when attendees view it on mobile devices.

• Adjusted the position of the modern Navigation Bar to enlarge space for Virtual Room background and content.

• Resolved an issue with a red notification indicator appearing behind the modern Navigation Bar icons.

Control Panel:

• Improved CP user experience when deleting Representatives and Staff by allowing them to select multiple items at once.

Learning Management:

• Resolved an issue with Learning Sets being blocked from deletion if Courses or Topics were assigned to them.

Login page:

• Resolved an issue with Login page freezing after a while of user inactivity.

• Resolved an issue with Login page buttons font style.

Content Library:

• Resolved an issue with dropdown box not being static when user selects a value in Content Item time brackets.

Video Breakout Rooms:

• Resolved an issue with microphone and audio output options not being visible in Video Breakout Room.
