Zoom Video Meeting - General Availability

With this release, a new way to host a meeting within Virtual Venue will become available for all clients. Thanks to our new Zoom integration, all Organizers will now be able to host a Zoom meeting without participants leaving the event site. This improvement will also support a new Floating widow setting, allowing participants to explore the Virtual Venue, without leaving the Zoom meeting.

Attendee VEP:

• Improved usability for attendees by changing the design of JOIN / START SESSION button within Video Breakout Room window.

• Improved the customizability of Virtual Promotions in Modern Navigation bar by deleting the Promo outline allowing Event Managers to upload different shapes of Promo graphics.

• Resolved an issue when the enablement of Turkish language prevented the user from accessing the event.

• Resolved an issue with shadow appearing behind an icon in Modern Navigation bar.

• Resolved an issue with Event Header being removed after changing Modern Navigation bar colors.

• Resolved an issue with Lobby graphics not loading at times on login.

Control Panel:

• Improved text editor capabilities by adding an option to implement a link within various text editors in Control Panel.

Chat Sessions:

• Resolved an issue with Video Chat closing modal appearing behind the Video window making it impossible to end the Chat.

Content Library:

• Resolved an issue with Reminder Time option failing when editing time bracket in a Content Item.
