Message Center Improvements:
- Changed new message notification text to improve user experience.
- Changed default Chat setting when creating Chat to improve user experience.
- Improved chats list to be responsive and adjust to the width of the overall width of Message Center window.

- Resolved an issue with incorrect notification message when mentions are disabled in Message Center to improve user experience.
- Resolved an issue with all transcript download within Chat.
